PUR Insulation & Spray Foam
Two-component PUR spray foam (DIN EN 14315-1/2) – seamless, joint-free thermal insulation on roof, attic, wall, façade, base plate and industrial halls. Open-cell PUR for sound insulation and breathable assemblies, closed-cell PUR for high mechanical loads, vapour-tight insulation and floor stabilization. Processed in a 2K spray process – cures in seconds, fully load-bearing within minutes.

Polyurea Coating
Polyurea is a two-component reactive plastic system based on isocyanate and amino resin. In the hot-spray process, both components are mixed under high pressure (from approx. 140 bar) and temperature (55–75°C) in a 2K spray gun – the reaction takes seconds to minutes. The result is a seamless, highly elastic and mechanically resilient membrane (100% solids, several hundred percent elongation). Suitable for concrete, steel, roof surfaces, industrial floors, tanks and special applications.

Floor Lifting & PU Injection
Lifting and levelling sunken floor slabs with polyurethane foam – also known as foam jacking or slab lifting – is a fast, non-invasive repair method without breaking up or chiselling the floor. By injecting specialised expanding resins and foams under the slab, the substrate is stabilised and the structure raised with millimetre precision.
