1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract with ThermoVolt Systems within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion or, for work services, from the day the order was confirmed — provided you are a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ThermoVolt Systems, owner: Damian Jarzemski, Hinterreihe 18, 39387 Oschersleben, phone: +49 179 618 6957, email: info@thermovolt-systems.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
4. Where service has already begun
If you requested that the work service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
5. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (§312g(2) no. 1 BGB) — this applies in particular to custom PUR insulation, polyurea coatings and bespoke construction services.
