Polyurea Coating
Fast-reacting 2K elastomer coating system in hot-spray process.
Polyurea is a two-component reactive plastic system based on isocyanate and amino resin. In the hot-spray process, both components are mixed under high pressure (from approx. 140 bar) and temperature (55–75°C) in a 2K spray gun – the reaction takes seconds to minutes. The result is a seamless, highly elastic and mechanically resilient membrane (100% solids, several hundred percent elongation). Suitable for concrete, steel, roof surfaces, industrial floors, tanks and special applications.
